「個の可能性を最大化することが日本社会の発展につながる」という信念のもと、新卒では大手人材関連企業に勤め人材採用支援業務に従事。 2016年3月よりHackCampへ参画。 営業で培った「顧客の成功＝自社の成長」というスタンスを強みに、 行政や大手企業まで多様な組織に対して、これまで多くの共創プロジェクトの提案・運営に従事。 現在は、産休・育休を経て、自身でも営業をする傍ら、HackCampの事業や営業戦略の企画をリードする役割まで担う。 ワクワクするキャリアと子育の両立を目指す１児（２歳）母としては、既存の概念に問われない働き方やキャリア構築に勤しみ中。具体的には、複数の会社やコミュニティに所属をしながら、営業を軸に、事業開発・カスタマーサクセス ・広報・PRの修行中です。 「女性が幸せ（ごきげん）でいるための社会づくり」という文脈でも活動をしていきたいと模索中。
